There are only 3 types of visas possible to get in Russia now with few exceptions.
Private visa, visa of technical support and visa for pilots.
Business short visas to go Russia possible now for:
Great Britain,
Switzerland,
South Korea,
Turkey,
Tanzania,
Egypt,
United Arab Emirates,
Serbia,
Cuba,
Japan,
Ethiopia,
Maldives,
Seychelles,
India,
Vietnam,
Katar,
Finland.
This list constantly under corrections with new improvements in accordance with international agreements between Russia and other countries.
For all other countries business visas to Russia now impossible to arrange. So as travel visas.
Visa restrictions will be for sure in Russia till march next year but maybe citizens from several counties will be open to go Russia form January 2021.
